PASTOR
Phil Covert is the founder of Reality Co. and serves as our organizing pastor. He has pastored churches in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Illinois and Tennessee. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute an Reformed Theological Seminary.
Worship Leader
Dwight Johnson is the Executive Director of Preston Taylor Ministries and serves as one of our worship leaders. He is a graduate of Millsaps College and Memphis Theological Seminary.
Worship Leader
Kimberly Thomas is the Creative Manager for the National Museum of African American Music and serves as one of our worship leaders. She is a graduate of MTSU and Bryan College.
Kid’s Director
Becca Traxler is a former school teacher in East Nashville and serves as our Kid’s Director. She is a graduate of Auburn University.
FOUNDING PASTOR
Kirk Adkisson was the founding pastor of All Souls Church of Nashville which he and his wife, Deb, planted in August 2017 as an ethnically and economically diverse church in North Nashville. Kirk went home to be with the Lord in early 2022 and we all are grateful for the legacy he left.
